Join The Stressed Gut Group Course, a live, interactive 4-week program that helps you uncover your key gut disruptors and guides you through a holistic recovery plan with mindset, lifestyle, and nutrition strategies. Each participant also receives a specially designed starter meal plan to soothe symptoms and gently reset the system.
Through live teaching, guided reflection, and supportive group coaching, you will calm your gut-brain axis, rebuild trust in your body, and find relief that lasts.

In collaboration with Encompass Farm, this on-farm experience is designed just for women who want to reconnect with their bodies, nourish their digestive health, and enjoy the power of real food in a beautiful, supportive setting.
Our workshop begins with a guided farm tour to see where your food is grown, followed by a relaxed, interactive learning experience.
Together, we will explore:

~ How to store and prepare your produce
~ Cooking oil tips for healthy digestion
~ And more!
Guests enjoy live cooking demos, tastings of gut-loving dishes, and simple, practical strategies to use right away in their own kitchens. Attendees also receive a goodie bag and digital follow-up worksheets to continue the wellness journey at home.
