
This 3-week small-group course is designed to help you better understand and support an inflamed gut. Together, we will explore the hidden disruptors that keep inflammation active, the connection between stress and digestion, supportive lifestyle and mindset practices, and nutrition strategies that help the gut lining repair and strengthen over time. Through a combination of education, guided reflection, interactive discussion, and live coaching, participants will learn how to connect the dots to their health and begin calming inflammation in a realistic and sustainable way.
