
This 4-week small-group course is designed to help participants understand the deep connection between stress and digestion and to provide practical tools for supporting a stressed gut. The program explores how chronic stress, overwhelm, and nervous system dysregulation can contribute to digestive discomfort, imbalances, and lingering symptoms. Through a combination of education, reflection, and hands-on practices, participants will learn how to calm the gut-brain axis, restore balance, and build trust in the body’s natural healing ability.
